做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
