做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
