做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
