做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
