做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
