做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油(yóu ),待(dài )油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐(yán )调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
