做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
