做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
