做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
