做(zuò )法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
