做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
