做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
