做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山(shān )和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺(sháo )油(yóu ),待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸(fèi )瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
