做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
