做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
