做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一(yī )小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸(fèi )瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲一个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调(diào )味即可(kě )品尝。 -
