做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油(yóu )六成(chéng )热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即(jí )可品(pǐn )尝。 -
