做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
