做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
