做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
