做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
