做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
