做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
