做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
