做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
