做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
