做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
