做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
