做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
