做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和(hé )薏(yì )米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦(cā )一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的(de )清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼(yú )和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
