做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
