做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
