做法(fǎ ):洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和(hé )薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油(yóu )六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放(fàng )入(rù )煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼(yú )和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
