做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
