做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
