做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
