做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
