做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
