做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和(hé )薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块(kuài )姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六(liù )成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清(qīng )水,放(fàng )入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
