做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块(kuài )在锅上(shàng )擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至(zhì )微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入(rù )煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
