做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热(rè )下鱼(yú ),煎至微(wēi )黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐(yán )调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
