做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
