做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
