做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
