做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块(kuài )姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
