做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮(huái )山(shān )和薏(yì )米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
