做(zuò )法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
