做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
