做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净(jìng )淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油(yóu )六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入(rù )煎(jiān )煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材料(liào ),武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小时(shí ),下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
