做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
